Q: What is my cash offer? Is it really as much as $100,000?
A: Yes, your cash offer can be as much as $100,000. It depends on a number of factors, including the value of your home, the equity in your home, and the market rent we can obtain for the ADU.

Q: Instead of getting my cash upfront, are there any other payment options?
A: Yes. We can pay your mortgage over time. Or we can pay off your car or other debts. Or we can give you a portion of the rent. You can choose whatever is best for you.

Q: Who will live in the ADU?
A: We qualify only the best tenants to live in the ADU.

Q: What if the tenant doesn’t pay his/her rent?

A: That’s our problem. We will work out a payment plan with them. If they refuse to pay rent, we will find a new tenant.

Q: What if the tenant damages the property?
A: That’s our problem. We maintain insurance and will make any repairs necessary to fix the property.

Q: What if I don’t like the tenant?
A: We do our best to qualify and hand-pick our tenants. If the tenant is in violation of the lease, we will move quickly to fix the problem or evict them.
